Brief: To achieve the maximum number of sales during the first two days of the launch for DECATHLON Salt Lake, Kolkata.
Execution: For creating the buzz and maximizing the reach we focused on the catchment area of 5 KM. RWA activities were conducted to raise awareness amongst the masses during pre-launch. For the launch event, a press conference was conducted and the event was covered by 50+ media, print as well as digital.
Result: DECATHLON Salt Lake, Kolkata attained the highest numbers of sales amongst all the other DECATHLON store launches that occurred till 6th Jan, 2019.
